2. What LMS Helper Is
LMS Helper is study software that helps users work with supported LMS pages, especially Moodle, by recognizing supported text question types, showing AI hints, keeping private history, managing sessions and devices, and supporting account workflows.
LMS Helper is not an LMS, school, exam system, official Moodle provider, Google, Chrome, OpenAI, MiniMax, DeepSeek, Telegram, or Resend service. All trademarks belong to their owners.
3. Acceptance
You accept these Terms when you use the website, create an account, install or activate the extension, log in to the dashboard, press an acceptance button, or use LMS Helper interfaces.
4. Age And Authority
LMS Helper is intended for users who are at least 18, or who use it with permission from a parent, legal representative, or educational organization where required by law.
5. Account Security
You must provide a correct email address, keep credentials secret, not share your account, use only devices you are allowed to use, and not bypass device, session, quota, or subscription limits.
LMS Helper may require email verification, limit active extension devices, revoke risky sessions, restrict accounts for violations, and require re-login.
6. Extension Use
The LMS Helper extension works in Chrome-compatible browsers and may use permissions described in the Privacy Policy. You should enable it only on LMS pages where you have the right to use it.
The extension may parse visible LMS page content, show buttons or overlays, send supported question data to the backend when you request a feature, and store local settings.
7. Permitted Use
You may use LMS Helper for personal study support, private answer review, LMS question understanding, dashboard history, account management, and support requests.
8. Prohibited Use
You must not use LMS Helper to break school rules, bypass exam controls, process private materials without rights, attack the service, scrape at scale, share credentials, impersonate others, submit illegal content, or present LMS Helper as an official school, Moodle, Google, Chrome Web Store, or provider service.
9. AI Answers And No Grade Guarantee
AI output may be incomplete, wrong, or unsuitable for a course policy. LMS Helper does not guarantee grades, correct answers, exam outcomes, LMS availability, or school approval.
10. User Content
User Content includes question text, answer options, selected answers, support messages, screenshots sent by the user, and other content made available through LMS Helper.
You keep rights you own in User Content, but grant LMS Helper a limited license to process, store, analyze, display, transmit to providers, and use it as needed to operate the service, provide support, maintain security, and enforce these Terms.
You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that doing so does not violate law, school rules, copyright, confidentiality, or third-party rights.
11. LMS Helper Intellectual Property
LMS Helper grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service according to these Terms. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, attack, or misuse LMS Helper.
12. Third-Party Services
LMS Helper may interact with Moodle/LMS pages, Chrome Web Store and Chrome Extension APIs, AI providers, Telegram, email providers, payment providers, and analytics or diagnostic infrastructure. Third-party services have their own terms and policies.
13. Plans, Beta Access, And Payments
Basic and planned Plus features may be shown before checkout is live. A visible Plus price or waitlist does not create a subscription or charge a card until checkout is explicitly launched.
14. Availability And Changes
LMS Helper may change, add, limit, or remove features for safety, quality, legal compliance, Chrome Web Store compliance, roadmap, or maintenance reasons.
15. Suspension And Deletion
LMS Helper may limit, suspend, or delete accounts for violations, security risk, abuse, unlawful use, payment issues, or operational reasons. Users may stop using the service and request account deletion through support@lmshelper.com.
16. Privacy
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. By using LMS Helper, you agree to data processing as described there where consent or another legal basis applies.
17. Rights Notices
If you believe content processed through LMS Helper violates your rights, email support@lmshelper.com with enough information to identify the issue.
18. Disclaimers And Liability
LMS Helper is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, LMS Helper does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free AI output, compatibility with every LMS, or preservation of all data.
19. Law And Disputes
Unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. The parties should first try to resolve disputes by contacting support@lmshelper.com.
