ये Terms LMS Helper website, dashboard, API और extension के use को govern करती हैं। LMS Helper use करने, account बनाने, extension install करने या Terms accept करने से आप इन Terms और Privacy Policy से सहमत होते हैं।

LMS Helper क्या है

LMS Helper supported LMS pages, खासकर Moodle, के लिए study software है। यह supported text questions recognize कर सकता है, AI hints दिखा सकता है, private history रख सकता है और sessions, devices तथा account workflows manage कर सकता है।

LMS Helper कोई LMS, school, exam system, official Moodle provider, Google, Chrome, OpenAI, MiniMax, DeepSeek, Telegram या Resend service नहीं है।

Account, age और security

आपको सही email देना, credentials secret रखना, account share न करना, केवल allowed devices use करना और device/session/quota/subscription limits bypass न करना होगा।

LMS Helper email verification require कर सकता है, active devices limit कर सकता है, risky sessions revoke कर सकता है, violations पर accounts restrict कर सकता है और re-login मांग सकता है।

Extension use

LMS Helper extension Chrome-compatible browsers में काम करता है और Privacy Policy में described permissions use कर सकता है। इसे केवल उन LMS pages पर enable करें जहाँ आपको use करने का अधिकार है।

Allowed और prohibited use

आप LMS Helper को personal study support, private answer review, LMS question understanding, dashboard history, account management और support requests के लिए use कर सकते हैं।

आप LMS Helper को school rules तोड़ने, exam controls bypass करने, rights के बिना private materials process करने, service attack करने, large-scale scraping करने, credentials share करने, impersonation करने, illegal content submit करने या official school/Moodle/Google/Chrome Web Store service की तरह present करने के लिए use नहीं कर सकते।

AI, user content और intellectual property

AI answers गलत या incomplete हो सकते हैं। LMS Helper grades, exam outcomes, institution approval या हर LMS compatibility guarantee नहीं करता।

User Content में question text, options, selected answers, support messages और user द्वारा भेजे गए materials शामिल हैं। आप अपने rights रखते हैं, लेकिन LMS Helper को service operation, support, security और Terms enforcement के लिए limited license देते हैं।

Plans, beta और payments

Basic और planned Plus features checkout live होने से पहले दिख सकते हैं। Visible Plus price या waitlist subscription create नहीं करता और card charge नहीं करता जब तक checkout explicitly launch न हो।

Suspension, deletion और privacy

LMS Helper violations, security risk, abuse, illegal use, payment issues या operational reasons पर accounts limit, suspend या delete कर सकता है। आप service use बंद कर सकते हैं और support@lmshelper.com पर deletion request भेज सकते हैं।

Chrome Web Store और third parties

LMS Helper Moodle/LMS, Chrome Web Store और Chrome Extension APIs, AI providers, Telegram, email, payments और diagnostics के साथ interact कर सकता है। Third-party services की अपनी terms होती हैं।

Law, disputes और localized versions
